How to improve team work in your organization

Have you wondered on how some groups exhibit effective team work, whereas others are a lot dysfunctional? Effective teamwork is simple and at the same time a difficult proposition. People should feel that there is a helping hand who will give them a patient listening.     The team members ask questions as far as their clarity is concerned and spend most of the time            listening rather than focussing on rebuttals.
