Listen to them and provide them with an opportunity to  connect with the managers. Some of the main reasons on why employees tend to be dissatisfied are as follows

Higher salaries

Pay is the number one area which most of the employees seek a change. As a HR you would need to create such an environment in your workplace where employees are not shy to ask for a pay hike. This makes them feel that they have the recourse if they are not suitably paid.

Favouritism

Employees are of the perception that each employee should be treated equally in the eyes of the organization. Be it anything related to the company, they want a fair treatment.

Quick response

The human resource department should always be on the toes and they should encourage quick response to all the concerns of the employees. In any case the HR department is considered to be the flag bearer of an organization. It is forward looking department and the response of the manager is of utmost importance.

Availability and communication
You would need to face it. The employees always want face to face communication with their immediate supervisors or the executive management. This sort of communication makes them feel that they are important . The role of the manager is to support the workers.
