Ban smartphone
When people come to the meeting they will
insist that they need to have their smart phone as any emergency can occur. The
world is going to come to an end , but it is not the case. One of the problems
with technology is that it does not allow you to focus on things which is not
in front of you and this is the meeting.
Without the meeting, two things will happen
in the meeting, you will pay attention to details and engage in a fruitful
conversation with your other colleagues. You will get to know them better by
talking to them.

Most of the times a meeting tends to a
boring affair. When the leader has a plan or a purpose the meeting is going to
