Welcoming a new employee to the job is more than boss assignment and company announcement. Welcoming a employee means that you integrate them to the work environment and it is done by a series of steps. This process does continue into the days of his or her enrolment. If these steps are followed it will create a successful new employee. It is done  by the following set of steps’

·         Get in touch with the employee after he or she signs and returns back the offer letter. The purpose of the call is to ascertain that you are excited that the employee has joined your company

·         This call has to be made by the hiring manager to whom the employee will be reporting.

·         If your company has online access then do provide them to the employee beforehand. This may tend to vary on a case to case basis. This is true if you have a online directory of employees with their photos. It will give them a feeling that they are coming to know their co workers pretty early

·          Provide them the employee handbook early so that the new employee arrives to the workplace with a set of questions before joining. Certain other documents which are pertinent to your business can also be shared with them as well. If these are early do provide them with a link and access early  payroll software india

·          Do send them an official company letter from the human resource department of the company.
